As we celebrate our third year of existence on January 10th, we reflect on how our efforts have aligned with our mission, to bridge talents with opportunities and empower individuals and organizations to excel. This past year has been one of purposeful growth, impactful initiatives, and community building. Here’s how we’ve advanced our mission.

1. Bridging Global Talent with Opportunities

QA Limited Partnership: Through our partnership with QA Limited from London, we have brought world-class training to Kosovo. This includes certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Agile, Project Management, and more, equipping professionals with skills that meet global standards.

Offensive Security Partnership: Through our collaboration with Offensive Security, we have introduced comprehensive cybersecurity training in Kosovo. These include courses on ethical hacking, penetration testing, and advanced security techniques, ensuring local professionals are equipped to tackle modern cybersecurity challenges.

2. Empowering Learners Through Innovation

Bubble LMS Enhancements: Our LMS platform is evolving into a powerful tool for education. We are working on implementing live courses, integrated exams, and on-demand learning to create a seamless environment for skill acquisition and growth.
SIMS Implementation Success: This year, we successfully implemented our Student Information Management System (SIMS) at a university, where it is now operating flawlessly and revolutionizing student and administrative management processes.
ProCert Trainings: These premium training options provide industry-recognized certifications, making learners more competitive in the job market while fostering professional development.

3. Building a Thriving Community

Kit Center Family Community: We’ve established a platform for professionals, students, and enthusiasts to connect with global experts through exclusive events, interviews, and specialized camps in business, architecture, and technology.
Monthly Book Giveaway: Our initiative to give away inspirational books each month has encouraged self-development and knowledge-sharing within our community.
